The rough pricing for patio, walkway, or driveway pours is about $7 per square foot. This assumes several things, 4" depth, not too much excavation required, ability for heavy concrete truck to get to pour site. House foundations on a prepared site will run about $10 per square foot. Minimum job value of $1000. Additional problems that have to be overcome will increase the cost and so a site by site bid for work will be needed to solidify the final price.
